Introduction
        After the success of the 1st IEEE EMBS international summer school of neural engineering in 2013 (i.e. ISSNE'13), IEEE EMBS will organize the 2nd ISSNE (ISSNE'15) from July 13 to July 19 2015 in Shanghai.
        The ISSNE has been built as a school for next generation of leading researchers in neural engineering. EMBS will invite leading scientists and experts in neural engineering to give lectures and seminar talks in the summer school, ISSNE will also organize on-site visits to the clinical facilities and international industries. In this year, ISSNE will focus on the topics on "Brain Stimulation and Neuromodulation". We welcome the international applicants from young students, postdoctorsto junior faculty around the world who are interested in the new techniques for stimulating the brain and modulating the neural activities in either clinical settings or fundamental neuroscience researches.
